Vitamin D: - Vitamin D can be obtained by eating dairy product, fish, eggs, sunlight etc. It helps in growth and development of your teeth and bones. Its deficiency causes teeth and bones related problems. Vitamin E: - Vitamin E can be obtained by eating green leaves, dairy product, wheat oil etc. It acts as antioxidant in our body. Its deficiency may harm your nervous system and you also have genetic problem. Vitamin K: - Vitamin K can be obtained by eating green vegetables, sprouts, milk etc. A part of body’s vitamin K can be obtained by bacteria which are living in intestine and it also play main role in blood clotting.
