Allocation of funds to create study materials so that Hearing Impaired persons can learn with ease Development of effective system to identify and raise awareness about important issues Formation of strategic partnerships between training institute, lawmakers and potential employers to provide equal opportunities to people with disabilities Removing education barriers: Education is the most important issue for Hearing Impaired people. Generations of Hearing Impaired children have been and will continue to be ‘educated’ in a system controlled by people who are not Hearing Impaired and who focuses on deafness as a defect that needs to be fixed. The system attempts to educate them by using a language (English) that they neither know fluently and nor can access fully.
