5 stars for game selection without a doubt. THE CANCELLATION Initially you have to make a phone call to cancel your trial. I didn't have to wait on hold for any amount of time which is a huge plus. The representatives were from overseas, but spoke very clearly so there was no language barrier. The cancellation number wasn't listed in the confirmation e-mail, but it wasn't to hard to Google up. THE COUNTER-OFFER The representative  insisted on extending my free trial for an extra month, so really, you could get a 60 day trial resulting in another free game credit. She wasn't pushy at all about taking it, but tried her best to inform me of the value of Real Arcade. I took the extension. Later, I decided to see how far they'd go, so I called again. The second time around got me an instant free game credit to my account! That's 2 INSTANT free games, plus one next month for free. If you want to cancel your trial, it's very easy, but it's worth it to ask what the rep can do for you. Now, to cancel, all I have to do is respond to the e-mail before the 24th of November. This is way too easy : ) THE FINAL SAY I must admit that I don't even play very many computer games and this was absolutely awesome. The massive amount of games to choose from alone is worth at least having a peek at. The customer service is great, they showered me with free stuff, and gave me easy cancellation options. If you don't take advantage of these freebies, you are definitely missing out. This trial gets my seal of approval without a doubt.
