This instruction manual attempts to teach the reader how to build low-cost solar and wind powered electricity generators in order to reduce or even completely eliminate the amount of power purchased from the utility companies. What you get: Earth4Energy is an instant download, 73 page eBook that you can read directly from a computer monitor or print out for more traditional reading. The Negatives: The book is not a perfect step-by-step example of exactly how to build the same solar panels and wind generators that the author built. But, in defense of Earth4Energy, it does acknowledge that you may not find exactly the same parts for your generator projects.
So you must modify the original plans anyway. Some details are missing that I found annoying. It was not completely clear how to mount the windmill motor/generator and blade assembly on the vertical support pole so that it will spin freely without wobbling. It is a good thing that free lifetime updates are available along with an email address for support questions. I also wish that the book came with a companion video.
I find that so much more of the critical construction details can be communicated through a video as compared to the written word. The Positives: The writing is mostly clear, simple and understandable.
